There are days, more and more often, that to listen to the news on the radio or to thumb through a magazine makes one want to drink kool-aid or rat poison. Everything is dark, foul and/or shameful. Days, like justly sings Johnny Hallyday, when: « Black is black… mope, ’cause there’s no hope ». And we think that the planet is done for; not wanting to bring children into this world that’s becoming a garbage heap with our food covered in pesticides.

And then, one day, news comes, like a ray of sun in the dark and it warms you to the very bottom of your heart (even better than Tequila). It’s about a place in Spain and the guy who created it is an angel descended from heaven who deserves all the Nobel prizes in the world. Look for yourself. It’s a little long but, like love, the longer it lasts the better it is.
