FrançaisThe North Atlantic Salmon Fund, thanks to Orri Vigfúson, the North Atlantic Salmon may have a future, as it was dramaticaly decreasing, something had to be done. A few years ago I met Marc-Adrien Marcellier administrator and French representant, he told me how hard they were working to save the salmon, he told me that they were actualy buying the fishing rights from the Feroe Islands in order to stop the fishing of Atlantic Salmon and to allow them to go spawn in Iceland. But actually the North Atlantic Salmon Fund does much more than taking care of salmon, it also takes care of all migratories species, especially the eels, endangered. All of that thanks to Orri.
