We all know  how to double haul, as long as we had to go catch fish that needed us to cast a fly or a shrimp or a streamer more than 20 feet away. As far as I’m concerned, I suck at double haul. Of course I know how to cast, but there is always a problem with the rythm, always a problem with the wind, wiith my wrist, my shoulder, the position of my foot. I know almost all the rules of double haul, but when the presure of fishing comes… I forget a lot of them and I cast like a lamer. Thanks to Rio, Simon Gawesworth reminds us how to cast. It’s so easy! Worth watching, than go practice. Tat’s what I’ll don anyway. Thanks Simon!
