One-hand deployment is the real big thing these last 20 years in the folding knives’ world. It was just meant to happen to the multitools. I for one was expecting something along the balisong lines, like opening your Leatherman like a butterfly knife. You’ll have to admit it looks dead cool. But no, Gerber went for a slider solution: you gain in efficiency what you loose in looks I guess.. Center axis screwdriver and main blade are also operable with one hand. Everything looks sturdy and no nonsense, so it may be a real option for you…
