Making a knife, like chopping wood, fly tying, painting a wall, and maybe any task you’ll execute with your hands has a lot to do with rhythm. In a sense you could even say as some philosophers did that everything is a question of rhythm. Faire un couteau, comme fendre du bois, ou monter une mouche, peindre un mur, ou n’importe Our boys, Scheffer and Gröne, translate this idea perfectly in that short movie where they capture Thomas Huber’s (Stahlwerk, Berlin) moves by the way they take time, by the tempo. And since we love blades, we’ll just sit back and enjoy a really cool video.
