Laying down on the kitchen floor, the fridge door is wide open and I am waiting for the melting ice to cool me down. Outside it’s almost 100F and it’s no weather to put a fly fisherman outside. I’m thinking about global warming and the narrow minded idiots who are thinking it’s just a hippy thing. I’m thinking of the trout and the temperature of the rivers going up, and the white fish taking their spots. What is going to happen if we don’t take action? What is going to happen if we don’t open our eyes to reality? I’m so depressed I’m looking on the web to find soemthing to cheer me up. I found this : BIEJVVE, a film about fly fishing, not just another fly fishing film, a film that shows reality, that it’s not because we go fishing that we catch fish, that the weather is our friend and that everything goes well. It’s a short film about real fishermen having a fishermen’s life, with its ups and downs. And if nothing the music is good enough to make us forget some days are bad. Thanks to Andreas L to have chosen Sonnentanz as a soundtrack.

Et si la pêche c’est pas assez …
