Northern Norway, in the heat of summer when termal wind ruins your day, all is not over yet.

One strike, and everthing is possible! Endurance always pays off, you have to set the hook, strongly but not too hard so you don’t break the tippet, but smooth enough so you don’t loose the fish, you are like a tight rope walker, it’s all a matter of balance. Than you feel the head of the fish at the end of your line, it goes from left to right, strongly, you know it’s a trout, you feel it, you’ve been catching hundreds of them, your hand, your arm gives the info to your brain, you have no fear, you know how to handle that, but it’s not for sure, it”s nature, you have to cope with an animal and water, the currents of the river, the unknown, what you do’nt see, the rocks, the branches, all the underwater world.

Anyway a film from Jazz & Fly Fishing, is worth all the moskitoes bites of Lapland! Enjoy!
