And here we are, trout fishing has resumed and the snow is still on the mountain tops (although we have to admit, it’s melting fast). When you’re passionate about skiing, the choice can be a difficult one… so why not do both in the same day?

That’s what Kate Wilson did, enjoying her two passions in the depths of Alberta. She goes skiing with her mates and when the snow turns to soup, there’s nothing better than swapping her ski boots for a good wader to go and track down the beautiful Rockies mountains brown trout.
