I dreamed of clearwaters, I was touching the humid moss on the rocks as I was making my way to the stream, narrow and quiet. I could smell the earth, the forest and the water, they all had their very own sent but together it was magical. I was trying not to slip on the wet rocks. I saw the rise. I just had to cast once. The little black trout was so quick it almost surpised me, I touched her with my fingers, I’d rather say: caressing her, the sound of the stream was filling my head… then it stopped and ran again…then stopped… I opened an eye, my phone was ringing. I could never go back to sleep, I would never know if this little black trout went back safely in the water…
