We all know that when Winston rods started to upgrade their famous Boron rods, their were up to something good, and as time went by, they added the “II” than the “III” and we thought they woul dhave to change the name for the next generation Boron rods, but why would you change a winning team? So they added the “X” for their new serie, the Boron III X. Faster, as everyone seems to say about that rod we haven’t tested yet, the IIIX is even lighter and allows you to cast far, really far… in 4 pieces 8.6 to 10 FT from #3 to #8 and in 5 pieces in 9′ from #4 to #6
