Lloyd Miller is a thrue gifted musician inspired by oriental melodies but his jazz hasn’t really cross the borders of crazy collectors like me. What a pity regarding the deepness of his music ! Recently he has recorded an album with the Heliocentrics which is worth to buy but his earlier works are even more fascinating.
Lloyd Miller est un musicien génial mais oublié dont les disques de jazz fortement influencé par l’Orient ont rarement dépassé le stade des maniaques dans mon genre. Récemment il a enregistré avec les Heliocentrics un album qu’on vous conseille de vous procurer mais surtout il faut absolument écouter ses enregistrements plus anciens complétement trippant.
