Anthony, you have been more than just a Chef to us, you have opened the way, you lead us to discover what we didn’t know, you broke that barrier that some people had put to separate Haute Cuisine from the mainstream. By opening your world to us, you tought us hhow to have a different view on cooking. Because there was only one thing that mattered to you: passion! You tought us that it’s not only about the food, it’s about love, about people and about lifestyle. You were much mre thatn just an ordinary Chef. You will be missed.
For the ones who don’t know what kind of things you did, here’s one of my favorite episode from your show No Reservation, the one on Montana, with exquisite guests, such as Russel Chatham and Jim Harrison.
