Go fishing on the back of a nag, that’s really something, don’t you think?

So yes, horses are great, especially when you’re lazy about walking and even more so for a trip like this. After all, Seth Blackamore and his mates are taking us to an altitude of nearly 12,000 feet for a few days in search of the famous golden trout. As you’d expect, we’re treated to typical high-mountain scenery: rocks everywhere and lakes with turquoise waters. In truth, it’s a dream setting, despite the fact that it’s desert. And it’s in places like that that it’s really important to go with a guy who’s been surveying these areas for over 10 years. Since Seth knows these mountains like the back of his hand, he knows where the hidden springs are (very important for staying hydrated) and, most importantly, where the best golden trout fishing spots are. The colour of this fish is just splendid. It looks like a cross between brook trout and rainbow trout. It’s signed “The Flyfish Journal” and the film is perfect. Enjoy your viewing friends!
