It’s been a while since we’ve talked about our friends at Hooké. So, when we saw that they’d released a new film, we couldn’t resist sharing it with you!

We know that most of you are wound up like clockwork, greasing the lines, checking that the gear is in tip-top shape or finishing off the last few flies that will join the hundreds of others in your boxes as you wait to join the water’s edge for this new trout season. But you can take 30 minutes of your time to watch this film. Fred Campbell and his crew take us to Ungava Bay in northern Quebec to try their hand at catching huge Arctic char. At the same time, they must not see many fishermen in this remote wilderness with its capricious weather, hence the opportunity to tempt them. But these aren’t fish farm fish, make no mistake. And if that wasn’t enough, they crossed the Atlantic Ocean to Kiruna in Swedish Lapland in search of trout, grayling and salmon. Another superb Hooké adventure.
