The trouts from Goumois! Every fly fisher’s dream. If there was one place you would have to go fishing in France, that would be it: Goumois! But here, when we say Goumois, we mean le Moulin du Plain! THE institution, the best place on earth to go fishing, the best food, the best beds, but most of all: the best company! The Choulet familiy runs the place and its’s bliss. It was bliss untill a few years ago when the DOubs river started to get polluted… Tonight the trouts from Goumois are crying, they are crying like us because they have lost their father: Pierre CHoulet.
