Nowadays when we go fishing, we go “light” we carry as little as we can, except for some freaked out one who are always affraid to need something and are bringing a whole flyshop to the river… There is one thing that should be mandatory: a landing net! A big one with plastic netting not to arm the fish. I see people grabing fish and squeezing them all the time instead of using a net, what do you think the concequences are? Do you think fish can survive after being handled and crushed? And what about the fish that doen’t survive because we were so affraid not to grab it that we played it too long… and for the BIG ones, what do you do? To all of these, ther is only one answer a Landing net. You fish catch and release? Than release safely, use a net! I like the Brodin, they are
