When you want to shoot a movie at night and you find it’s too complicated you use day for night, every film school student knows that, you mainluy do it for production (money) reasons… so you turn your shutter down and you shoot in bright daylight, on the screen it’ll look like night. John Ford and the whole Hollywood industry did this for years. In a lot of European countries to shoot a film like the one that follows, you woul dneed to do so, because the law doesn’t allow you to fish at night. But the main reson we chose that film is what is said, the freedom we all long for, the urge to be in the wilderness, it’s rooted in us, the call of the wild! What make you feel alive? We all know the answer.
