LA QUEUE DE KIM./KIM’S TAIL.

Corée du Nord – Le dirigeant coréen aimerait les poissons “dont la queue est encore frétillante“. C’est ce que confie dans un livre son ex-chef cuisinier, Kenji Fujimoto, qui raconte que l’homme politique aime tellement le poisson cru qu’il pourrait déguster les animaux  alors qu’ils respirent encore et que leur queue frétille. Il faudrait qu’ils soient préalablement lavés avec du vin français et de l’eau-de-vie. “Il coupait le poisson de façon à ne toucher aucun organe vital alors évidemment, il bougeait encore. Kim Jong-il était ravi. Il dégustait.”

Kim loves to eat raw fish so much that he could eat live animals  with wriggling tail. They have to be clean with french wine and brandy and cut open, without touching any vital organs, in order to be alive when the president savors them.
