SILENT BONE

Silence. There is nothing better. Letting the silence get you and watch the bones feeding, there, a few feet away. Two casts and you could pop a shrimp right in front of their nose. But you don’t. You just watch them with their tail up in the air, nose down the sand looking for food. Could this be the ultimate fishing? No catch & release here because there is no catch. But you know. You know you could have put a fly right in front of their nose and that they would have gone for it. You just know it. And you are happy because you didn’t do it.
