Well, this might not be a French recipe from Provence where women, to keep their skin soft, dip in Aïoli bathtubs. The whole recipe is on the video below, but the most important for you is proper burger meat, good chesse and if you can, try to make a proper Aïoli, you’ll surprise everyone! Of course you can also get a ready made Aïoli, but every French or Spanish will tell you it’s not the same and you’ve got to do it yourself.
